Reason & Description of Change:

The MedAssets Aliance/Avega application needs patch 7.5.0 applied to rectify a screen resolution error.

Technical Change Description:

The MedAssets Aliance/Avega application needs patch 7.5.0 applied to rectify a screen resolution error. The Systems team is to do a system back up prior to the patch being applied.  The help desk will be notified when the CAC team is ready to patch the system so the back-up can be performed.  Paul will notify CAC that the back up is done and that they can proceed with applying the patch.  CAC will again call the help desk to notify COS that the patch is applied to users can begin using the system.

Testing Done:

Business Owner can do testing and confirm applicaition is operational.

Customer Impact:

System 2 hour downtime.

Backout Procedure:

Restore application to previous back up copy.
