Reason & Description of Change:

Enable the production applications. Update the registry to point from "TMC:OneChart" Production the new farm "TMC Prod:OneChart Production".

Technical Change Description:

1 - Enable the XenApp 6.5 applications. 2 - Change the registry Key for healthcast [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HealthCast\eXactACCESS\Citrix Settings] from "AppName"="TMC:Epic - Hyperspace" to "AppName"="TMC Prod:OneChart Production". 3 - Disable the XenApp 5.0 applications.

Testing Done:

Was completed for the Dev Applications.

Customer Impact:

They might get 2 hyperspace applications for a few minutes during the transition. They also might have to do a refresh of their applications in citrix. There may be an issue launching the application with healthcast till the registry change and Citrix refresh on a client complete. In testing the tap functionality continued to work on already running workstations.

Backout Procedure:

do the reverse of switch over.
